How to use the number

It's a quick sum, not a forecast. Here's how to get a number you can trust.

  • Use your real figures

    Look at your last three months. Divide what you invoiced by the number of jobs, and count how many enquiries turned into paid work.

  • Start low

    Try 1 extra enquiry a month. If the sum still works at the low end, the decision is easy. If it only works with big numbers, wait.

  • Compare it with the full cost

    The build is a one-off payment on top of the care plan. Every price is on our pricing page, with first-year totals.

  • Know what a website can't do

    No one can promise you more enquiries, and we don't. A good website helps the people who already find you choose you and call. That's the part it can change.

No. It multiplies the numbers you enter, nothing more. It's an illustration, not a promise of extra enquiries, calls or sales. Only you know your real figures.
Where do the starting values come from?
They're rough starting guesses for each type of business, so the calculator isn't empty. They're not research. Replace them with your own average job value.
What counts as an enquiry?
Anyone who gets in touch about work: a phone call, a WhatsApp message, a form, an email or a booking request.
