The rules, in plain English

Invoices are due within 7 days.
On the one-off build route, your site goes live and becomes yours once the build is paid in full.
Late payment carries statutory interest of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, plus fixed recovery sums.
If a care payment is late: after 14 days we pause your site (nothing is deleted). If it’s still unpaid after 60 days, we may end the plan, and we delete the site files 30 days after that. Pay before then and everything is restored or handed over.
For businesses and the self-employed. You don’t need a company number or a VAT number: the order form just asks for your business name and address.

Ownership and exit

Yours to keep. Easy to leave.

You own the design, code and words we make for you once the build is paid in full (or after payment 12 on the monthly route). A signed copyright assignment is part of your order form. You also get a permanent, free licence to our reusable components. Stock images and fonts stay under their own licences.
Your domain
Registered in your name from day one, with us as the technical contact. We renew it while your plan is active, and send the transfer code within 5 working days of a request.
Leaving
A full site export (static files), the licence list and your domain transfer code, free, within 5 working days once all undisputed sums are paid. Your site stays online until the end of the paid period.
Care-plan minimum
3 months from launch. After that, cancel any time by email with 30 days' notice. No exit fee.
No-build-fee route
12-month minimum. Leaving early? Pay the rest of the build and keep the site, or leave without it with 30 days' notice, after at least 3 monthly payments in total.
Price changes
At most once a year, capped at 5%, with 30 days' notice. You can cancel before the change applies. Founding clients' care price is fixed for their first 12 months.
Paying yearly
2 months free. We email you 30 days before renewal, with a one-click way to cancel.

What if it's too expensive for me right now?

One extra job a month usually covers the care plan. Try the extra-job calculator with your own numbers. Every price is on this page, the preview is free, and if you'd rather not pay upfront there's a no-build-fee option from £89 a month.

Will I be locked into monthly fees?

No. After the first 3 months, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. There's no exit fee. Your domain is in your name from day one, and once your build is paid we send you your full site files within 5 working days.

Couldn't I do it myself on Wix, or with AI, for £20 a month?

You can, and for some businesses that's the right call. The difference:
