Most cleaning services send whoever is free that day. We don’t. Book a regular clean and you’re matched with a pair of cleaners who work your part of town.
They learn the details: where the dog naps, which rug slips, how you like the towels folded. If one of them is off sick, we text you the day before and tell you who’s coming instead.

Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most of our clients aren’t. Give us a door code, a lockbox or a spare key. Keys are stored with a number tag, never with your address.
What does “same team every visit” mean in practice?
Regular clients get a set pair of cleaners. Unless one of them is sick or on vacation, they’re who comes. If that ever changes, we text you the day before with the name of the person coming instead.
How does the 24-hour re-clean promise work?
If something on our checklist wasn’t done right, text or call us within 24 hours of your clean. We’ll come back within one business day and redo it, free.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is a Pecan Wren employee, not a contractor, and passes a background check before their first home. We carry general liability insurance and a bond, and we’ll email a certificate if your building or HOA asks for one.
Do you bring the supplies?
Yes: vacuums with HEPA filters, microfiber cloths and plant-based products. If you’d like us to use your own products, leave them out and add a note to your booking.
What if my home doesn’t fit the calculator?
More than 6 bedrooms, a home just after a renovation, or a place that hasn’t been cleaned in a long time? Call or text us. We’ll give you a fixed price after a 5-minute video walk-through.
How do I pay? Should I tip?
We keep your card on file and charge it after the clean. There’s no deposit. Tips are never expected; if you leave one, all of it goes to your team.
Can I skip, reschedule or cancel?
Yes, free with 48 hours’ notice. Inside 48 hours there’s a $40 late-change fee, because your team has already planned their day around you. There are no contracts on any plan.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Happily. Tell us about them in the notes. If your dog would rather not meet the vacuum, we’ll work around a closed door.
