Manufacturer warranty
Serviced here, your car stays under warranty.
It has been EU law since 2002: you can have a car under warranty serviced by the independent garage of your choice, and the manufacturer cannot refuse cover for that reason, provided three conditions are met. We meet all three, on every visit.
The manufacturer’s schedule, to the letter
Intervals, operations, oils: we follow your service book’s specifications, nothing less.
Original or matching-quality parts
Every part number is printed on your invoice, so you know exactly what was fitted.
A paper trail
Stamped service book or online service record, plus an itemised invoice: your history stays complete for resale.

Does servicing with you void my manufacturer warranty?
No. EU law lets you choose your garage while the car is under warranty. We follow your manufacturer’s schedule, fit original or matching-quality parts and stamp your service book (or update your digital record).
Is the loan car really free?
Yes, for any job, on booking. Insurance is included; you just need to have held your licence for 2+ years and top up the fuel you used. We have four, so ask for one when you book.
Is the estimator price the final price?
For a typical petrol or diesel car, yes. We confirm the fixed price by text once we’ve checked your plate. If another part is needed, you get a photo and a price before we do anything.
How long will you keep my car?
Oil changes, tyres and air-con take under an hour, so you can wait on site (wifi and coffee). Brakes and services are ready the same day for a morning drop-off.
Do you use original parts?
Original or matching-quality parts from original-equipment suppliers. Every part number is on the invoice. We don’t fit parts brought in by customers, because we couldn’t guarantee them.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes: parts and labour are guaranteed for 2 years, unlimited mileage. The workshop carries professional liability insurance.
Do you service hybrids and electric cars?
Yes. Two of our mechanics are certified to work on high-voltage systems. Brakes, tyres, air-con and filters are the same prices; everything else is quoted.
How can I pay?
